MEOW

Cats or felines what these furry mammals usually called as, but I call them MEOW (Not got from Jaane tu ya jaane na ‘Genelia’). Truly speaking I find Meow\ cats bit weird, they beautiful, calm, quick and even cute at times but her big deep eyes are what I’m afraid of, the way they stare at you with those shining eyes is really terrifying at times. Why suddenly I developed such an interest in cats is because a cat family was the guest of honor (uninvited) for 2 days in my porch. It is said that after giving birth to kittens, a cat roams in seven houses and by that time kittens are big enough to be left on their own, so my place was one of those seven. I being the first one who saw the cat sitting in the corner of the porch and one of the kittens with it, earlier I thought it was just one kitten but soon my mother saw remaining three behind a marble sheet placed outside, that slanting sheet along the wall soon became my meow house. The whole family kept roaming in the porch and as soon as it rained or there was any sought of noise all kittens used to run in there shelter.

Now, let me introduce the whole family, the naamkaran (i.e. the names are given by) has been done by me and the kids in the colony.

She is the mother and we all call her MOW. I guess mom is called as mow in the cat family ;) as it sounds similar to the noise made by kittens. She is beautiful and my mom said, “It doesn’t seem she’s mother of four, she looks so young.”

(Brand ambassador of Santoor soap, mommy, so young, kya kare umr ka pata hi nhi chaltaa :))

He is SMARTY (I’m not sure of the gender but I guess he’s male as per the attitude). Smarty is my favorite as he’s the one who is very brave, smart as per the name and very active as well. Whenever we went near all the kittens he was the one who didn’t run away and was near our feet. He was limping all over at the stairs, running in the garden, practicing high jumps by standing over the flower pot and then jumping on the floor. He was such an entertainer to be watched at.

Now let me present the fashion queen, BLACKY. She was the favorite of most of the kids. Look at the pic it feels as if she’s posing with tons of attitude. She was the

leanest of the four and kept running after SMARTY, whatever he’s doing she did the same.

Smarty and Blacky were the ones completely different from their mother. I heard my neighbor saying, “ apne papa pe gaye hein dono.”

Now, they are the two mamma’s girls, CUTIE and BEAUTY, they completely looked like their mother and were identical with each other, no one could point out much of the difference between the two. The first day at our place both of them were glued to their mow and when she wasn’t around they used to hide in their shelter.

For those two days we all used finish our respective works, run outside just to watch all of them, what they are doing, they are sleeping, playing or what, and especially when their wasn’t around. Cams were out and each one was busy clicking their pictures, every posture, so here are few more….

IT'S LUNCH TIME->

IT'S FUN TIME: Smarty playing hide and seek in the garden and on my pleasure....

PLEASURE.. hmmm... WHY SHOULD BOYS HAVE ALL THE FUN :)
It's cutie playing on my pleasure and later on she was trying to drive it i guess :) from inside, n she got stuck inside it. It was very difficult to take her out and upon that when she was stuck her whole family shifted leaving her there itself, but later when she was out Mow came back and took her to a new home.

Those two days were really memorable to watch my meow family ( unke aane se ghar mein rounak si ho gyi thi). We missed them after they left especially kids in the colony.
The uninvited family will alwayss be remembered....
